Cancellation Policy

Legacy Performing Arts Academy (LPAA) Enrollment Agreement By registering your child for this course, you are committing to their educational journey with an annual supply fee and monthly tuition. The supply fee is due by July 1st and is non-refundable after this date. If your child is registered on or after Aug 30th, the first month's tuition will be required, even if they later withdraw. We kindly ask that if your child needs to withdraw during the year, you provide notice before the beginning of the next month to ensure a smooth transition for waitlisted students who are eager to join. This courtesy allows us to support every child’s opportunity to learn and grow in our class. If tuition is being covered by a third party, such as Athenian, Utah Fits All scholarship, or another program, we trust families to follow the proper procedure to keep us informed and ensure timely payment. Our school community is built on respect, love, and kindness. We expect all students to uphold these values in their interactions with teachers, classmates, and themselves.
